Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

digitalisation of all govt documents & ids is the need of hour.in every govt activity we put so many Xerox's of id's and other pprs, if all that is digitalised we can save so much on ppr and money which is spent on getting xerox. to get a elec connection i had to put to 40 page xerox & that to all govt docs, also spent on getting those xerox verified from a notary. What is the need to verify a govt document from a notary.

resrvation for students in the basis of caste is wrong because all the lower caste peoples are not poor ......some are rich and they also used all the fasilitysss that are given to the poor peoples itsss wrong ....some poor peopless are in very dificulty and they not use the fasility givn by the govt. becozz those are belongss gen....

To go for alternate source of energy solar is the best we can afford. Solar chimney power plant can generate electricity which can be used by a village. Those are worthy and can be affordable.

Going Digital is the best way to address many issue that our nation is facing today. Like using digital money to reduce corruption, automating signals and traffic monitoring systems for securiy and better traffic governance, all important documents like passport -ration card-Aadhar -election card can be issued with minimum documents quickly, elearnings can ensure that people in every corner get education, define standards and policies for various industries to ensure they use digital technology

We the BJP people who had joined the hands with corrupt congress at the time of day light murder of democracy in the house promise to provide special status to A.P for 10 years.If we can not fulfil how we are better than corrupt congress.
