Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Needs to check MCD and NDMC working as BJP is leading here for last many years. There is nobody asnwerable in this category. If these sweeper employee maintain this regulary, we are ready to pay them incentive but its in very bad shape and they are confident that they in government job and nobody can check them. Pllsssssssssss. Itni Gandgi hai sab taraf. If those staff religiously work for 3 days in a week, the delhi can be the best city in India

If possible reduce for CNG rates for mass public in Delhi vehicle, even its Rs. 1 or more as shock therapy. try to make is below 37 even for 3 months

sir, just heard that in maharashtra, Vodafone com. got waiver of tax 3200cr. why? are they doing any charity in INDIA for which they'd got this favour. we a normal salaried persons got our salary after deducting tax. I myself working in a media without increment for five yrs. waiting for increment, and everywhere price gets higher. I don't think that a govt. in people like your's should do such thngs. plz do something thing about it. or don't take tax from enyone.

Now a days mobile is the only thing that each & every person have use it.Not only India but also abroad countries.So it is the simpliest,quickest & stunning idea to make successful "Digital India" Scheme in grassroot level.

Sir if I will be a cartoonist, I will create a cartoon - Kejriwal sitting on ground like a "ziddi child" with topi and Jharoo and crying desperately and saying "please ek baar aur CM bana do, nahi to dharna kardoonga". put it on car real glass with transparent branding

In BJP, We have the large team to respond of each other behaviour, whether its right or wrong. Who else is there to replace Kejriwal in AAP, because if after 2 months he again gone mad, is anybody there to guide him for right track, nobody. Tell him to take 30 names for his team who still continue actively in his team since last election for delhi team not from any other state. I don't think he have,

Sir, Watching your campaign in Delhi. One majour point is missing in whole campaign. In BJP many faces are ready to behave CM like Kiran Bedi, Dr Harshwardhan, Mr Mukhi, Mr Upadhyay, Mr Goel etc. In Congress Mr Makhan, Mrs Sheela Dixit, Lovely etc. In Kejriwal Team only one mind is working, only one face is there. If he gone mad like he was during last republic day, who will advice him the right track or who will replace him in his party. He blames BJP doing large team campaign, tell them we have strength, do you have ???

India should follow the Best Practices in D5 (Estonia,Israel,South Korea,Newzeland & U.K.).We should also give importance to A B C (Arificial Intelligence,Big Data Analysis & Cloud Computing).No student passing out 10 th Standard should be Computer illiterate.All graduates should have knowledge to handle Computers in Offices.
