Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Digital India without computers is unbelievable and their is a severe paucity of computer center in villages and hence they are unable to get acquaint about various initiatives, Kindly first setup computer centers in each village and an instructor to teach them about its functioning.

Sir, "चलो गाव कि ओर " yesi koi yojna la sakte hai jisase gao ki or focus kiya jaye,..jisase gao ke logo ko fayda ho..Aaj itne log kheti krte hai tabhhi..jitna production chahiye utna nhi hai,,,Adhunik hone ke bavjud aaj bhi kheti parmparik tarikese krte hai,..Aaj bhi gao ke log itne awear nhi hai jitna hona chahiye...Yojna To Bahut Banaye pr wo kaha tk pahuchi uske liye Hm koyi committee bana sakte hai?...Aap se bahut ummide hai, kya hongi puri?...

मोदीजी आप आये नई योजनएलए बड़ी ख़ुशी हुई लेकिन आज बी कुछ बातो से हम वंचित है जैसे इस देश में किसी इंसान पर कोई गुणहादरज होने पर भी वो चुनाव लड़ सकता है लेकिन वो इंसान नौकरी नईपा सकता जिसके वजेसे वो अपना भविष्य खो बैठता है आतंकवाद जैसे बड़े गुन्हा कर बैठता है इसे रोकने के लिएआपको कोई कदम उठाना पड़ेगा आपसे निवेदन है की इस कानून में बदलाव करे आपसे इसी यही उम्मीद करते है आप हमारी बातो पर अमल करेंगे

महोदय, "डिजिटल पहचान के रूप में मोबाइल " के सम्बन्ध में मेरा मत है कि वर्तमान में बैंक और किसी भी दस्तावेज मे मोबाइल न० अनिवार्य रूप से दिया ही जा रहा है।इस समय आधार से ही ब्यक्ति की पहचान सम्भव है। सन्दिग्ध ब्यक्ति या विदेशी मूल के ब्यक्ति के पास आधार नहीं होने से उसकी पहचान सम्भव नहीं हो पाती है यदि मोबाइल के लिये आधार अनिवार्य हो तो किसी भी ब्यक्ति का अपनी पह्चान छुपाना मुश्किल ही नहीं वरन असम्भव होगा और हर ब्यक्ति को मोबाइल रखना अनिवार्य कर दिया जाय जो ब्यक्ति गरीबी रेखा से नीचे का हो उसे मोबाइल जन धन योजना के माध्यम से बिना ब्याज के रिण से किश्तों में उपलब्ध कराने की ब्यवस्था कर दी जाय्।

Sabhi schools , colleges , institutions govt. ko apne under le lene chahiye . students ki education ka kharcha govt ke dwara pay hona chahiye . Is se ye hoga ki sabhi bache aasani se pad sakege. students aur unke parents ko feees ke bare me koi b chinta nahi karni padegi. Education ke baad har village me , town me , city me rojgar ke liye training center b open hopne chahiye taki sab usme training le sake is se kisi ko bhi apne ghar se dur nahi jana padega.placement b govt.ed honi chahiye .

The prime minister of india Narendra modi ji tells that "DIGITAL INDIA " that meas put the computers in governament instituins...?. Not, it means the comman man will also operates the system at his home. in that day the programe will achiving 100. why are you not thinking in that way to provide the computer to poor people which means who are completed his degree,p.g certificates. with a some norms...

I see tat in usa all motor giants r involved in somehow in aerospace such shud happen in india also as both industries r hi tech and built for speed.and can manufacture high end details .such shud happen in india eg. Rolls royce have jet engines and cars also
