Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

All the rickety and rusty buses in mumbai shud be changed with new modern buses with card systems which can be punched in metro also we r worlds third largest economy shame on our transportation

as mobile identity service provide an ideal platform for creation,storage,education,casting and management for the digital service of the govt. however it has tremendous application in online services but dispute all the benefits of mobile digital identity it has also great risk in online transfer of money as per increasing rate of cyber crime in the world. but again it is platform of innovation in govt should expending it on school level as part of smart classes......

gov should remove income tax and apply 0.1 / 0.2% transaction tax on each transaction,with free online bank money transfer for all purchases,gov will get more tax.as all transaction will be recorded,which include mobile payment.no tax theft, no black money,Swiss deposit will come back to India with out effort.Allow citizen to keep money in bank.they will stop stuffing notes in mattresses.tax should be reasonable and low.tax collection be painless and simple.I can provide detailed plan

govt start gold ornament bank loan scheme cum safety deposit for every account holder.this will bring gold holding of public in banks.gold deposit not compulsorily linked to loan ,consumer my keep gold for security with low interest rate and emergency over- draft facility.

you should enhance use of tele education where on teacher on television can teach subject like he is teaching in a classroom. this content should be broadcast ed all over India in one channel. Thus 12 channel will teach from first standard to 12 th class.There will be 12 Hindi +12 English medium.total 24 channel can cover entire India students as well as of near by countries.They can receive signal through disc and set top box,see programs on TV.It my be free or nominal payment .

yeah we can do this thats all we need just a permanent no. like on adhaar or PAN. then we need to attach all ours other document or identities cards to this permanent no. then when ever we track anyone no. we got all detail about him/her and the most important benefit of this one permanent no. would be we dont have to carry all document all tha time.

paper less train ticket:- in place of window train ticket, railway can provide a pnr number which will be attached to mobile number of travelling person, a mobile app can be developed where any one can check there ticket details by inserting their respective mobile number. that mobile number can be checked by tc as identity proof.
