Wonderful and Thankful to Mr. Modi for the opportunity to express are ideas and suggestion. My suggestion : While registering your name during buying a new connection or the existing connection holder they can update their AADHAR UIDAI number and there should be a unique number after entering on the mobile the identity Numbers will flash on screen. For this we have to make serious talk with TRAI and with their participation it can be possible

digital toll collection :- in place of toll a scanner should be installed which can catch the vehicle number, vehicle number must be connected with owners bank account number, any penalty or charges will be paid through online transaction. this will save time and traffic issue. traffic penalty can also be paid through this system.

Previously I have been saying that Aadhaar cards must be made compulsory to every citizen of India. I was also saying that the Aadhaar numbers must be given to the people by taking their blood DNA as samples, to avoid issue of multiple cards. I also said about integrating the health/academic/financial/social//etc., information into the aadhaar, hence reducing the burden of documents and ensuring only and only true/correct information.

Surveillance system could read all such vehicles who has broken the rules at any point in time and police can focus their search for further enforcement.

Govt may want to link the ownership of any automobile, driving license, aadhar card and mobile number together. Further govt can ask all the automobile owners to bear an electronic tag that will be read by the sensors along with the CCTV cameras on the streets. Violation of traffic rule will generate an automated message to the owner of the vehicle. After three incidences a warning message can be delivered and after any further violation license can be suspended.
