Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

I have one idea, as most of Indians travel by trains and some times the trains are so delayed that we have to wait many of the hours at railway stations. To solve this problem, as in cab services we track the cab same technology can be used for trains and the passenger can track, accordingly he can leave the office or home. It will be a very good app and hope government support it.

Lagatar internet pack ka rate badh raha hai. Kewal sahron me hi free wi fi zone banaya jata hai, lekin gaon ki taraf koi dhyan nahi deta. Hume bhi internet ki suvidha chahiye. Bharat gaon me basta hai, aur india sahron me. Kya ye jaroori nahi ki telecom operators ki maaani ko lagaam lagaya jaye. 3g internet 1gb data ka rs 250-300 lete hain, lekin speed toh 2g jaisa hi hota hai. Digital india ka sapna sakar krne k liye jaroori hai uchit mulya par internet ki suvidha muhaiya karayi jaaye.Dhannywad

The concept of researchers making involuntary volunteers - specially in medicine - should be extended to Urban and Village level and volunteers should be classified as Simulators - as it is they who determine the outcome of research .The simulators are in a way on a higher pedestial than researcher and every research paper should give an acknowledgement with their name or registered entities !
