Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

What the President Said in India: On his last day in India, President Obama delivered a powerful message to the nation. He spoke about democratic ideals, combating climate change, empowering women and girls, protecting the freedom of religion, and how the two nations can work together to build a brighter future. Dear PM sir as in ur speech we should be serious that we have borrowed this earth from our future generation so we give it to them after taking what we require. so before giving environment clearance double check that we don't destroy the beauty and cause irreparable damage to the nature in the name of development pls make sure we go along the fault line.

Separate online portal and camps across the nation can be introduced to collect the mobile number of all the individuals. In our country people often change mobile numbers because we dont have any policy/restriction for mobile number usage. Linking the mobile number with Aadhar card is a very good idea but usage policy for mobile numbers should be implemented first or this project may not be beneficial. Thank you for providing an opportunity to project my opinion towards the nation's growth.

To enforce complete success of Digital India the primary problem that need to be solved is internet speeds. Recently, FCC has changed minimum internet speeds to 25 Mbps and still India is not able to achieve average speed of 4 Mpbs, still in many areas the average speed is less than 512 Kbps, Ministry of telecommunication should set minimum threshold of internet speeds to 2 Mbps in semi-urban areas and 1 Mbps in rural areas. Our beloved P.M. Modi , We all know the situation of our municipal schools in villages as well as in the cities . So what i recommend is to replace the not so very good teachers of these schools and have E-lectures from the best faculties, just like you had one on Teacher's day past year throughout India . This will surely improve the quality of education amongst students who's parent can't afford the high fee's of private schools these days . Thanks, Sunny Doshi.
