Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Respected PM....as a candidate seeking for a job,Registration cost can be reasonably good.Beyond this seeking for advance payment/adjustable payments do travel all round...It is presumed a web site for employment of poor class may be of some use to protect hard earned money...Needs further examination at right forum...With due regards from slakshmanrao3@gmail.com

Sir, we talk about one india but the rules and regulation varies from state to state. Which makes us feel outsider in other states. Today i want to take ur attension of vehicle registeration. I own a bike and a car and i work in an IT industry. But every time move one state to another i have to consider about my vehicles while moving. Please bring us a policy that we can use our private vehicle without any issue. We pay the tax but we have to pay tax again while moving to other state.

SUBJECT: To make vehicle registration valid throughout india using digitization. We face lots of difficulty while transferring from one state to another state. We have to get NOC from current state and then pay full road tax of another state and again do fresh registration and get new number for our vehicle. So sir, request you to please make the vehicle registration number valid across states so we don't need to do deregister and re register. Using computerization it is possible.

In delhi many party participate in the election to get benefit itself.whether AAP or BJP , Congress but no body care the poor people to provide employment in their goverment to made a spy behind the corrupt man and corruption.all the MLA do his service unsalaried. possible...................????

I am impressed by the digital revolution in Indian University system. I successfully completed the complete online course of "Free Open Source Software" by Anna university. The week end courses are the best for working professionals to earn degrees online. The teacher using online portal reach the students by audio, video means with interactive learning experience. I completed the course with first class without meeting the teachers in person. Surely it will help Future Indian Education Systems.

I have a small doubt regarding the data transparency.In the pdf it is given that "/* In a sense, Telecom Service Providers (TSPs) to form part of the trust chain.*/". But now the telecom service providers seems to be sharing/selling the user data for profit.Based on the data shared with the telecom company only the advertisement calls also used to come initially. So how could we trust them with our Aadhaar data? Won't they sell/share those information as well for money?Is there any law for this?

india me IIT or IIM jeise bade bade educational institute and university me online education available hona chahia.or uski certificate govt.and mnc company me accept honi chahia. But examination of these courses online hona nehi chahia uske liye separate exam center hona chahiye.

On a republic day parade , there should be a roof on the top of the people sitting to watch.People standing with umbrellas on dignitaries head looks odd/ old fashioned and speaks loud about meteorological dept's incompetence to forecast rain in advance.Are we not capable to do this?
