Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Red carpet can be laid out for visiting dignitaries using a vehicle designed for this work, rather than six people struggling to adjust its position wrt airplane. One can even put the roll of carpet behind the last step of the staircase and that can be pulled straight. It will automatically get rolled perpendicular to aeroplane.

Digital Learning, will be one of the strong enablers for Digital India Vision. While content will play a vital role in the same, we will also need National Level Infrastructure which will make learning and information access easier for citizens from all parts of our country. Using my experience, I will be more than happy to contribute in designing and setting up such an infrastructure. We will need more members with similar experience to work hand in hand and make this a reality.

i would like to draw everyone attention to an event.... in an recent event where the 20% of our country's GDP was been lined up at ..to meet US Presindent .... i found it a little unappropriate to make our country's men lined up like that.... instead of that ...they might have stood in parallel order ..... they are the backbone of our economy...let them not be categorized in queue.

To make digital India, Govt need to do lot of policy changes. Electronic manufacturing is not sustaining now due to import and customs policies. For ex, I want to build a product by importing components, we have to pay duty on all parts that we import and end of the day the cost of the final product is very expensive than importing the whole product itself, especially when selling to STPI bonded house. There are lot of big manufacturing houses closed, thousands of people lost job.
