As we have skill development program under Modi govt., we should also have Sports development program too. Most importantly, we have to give our athletes a sense of belief, that they can achieve the greatness.

I believe trend is changing now. Take a case with Wrestling, for long time we never had any hero in wrestling then we got Sushil kumar, he came from very poor background but dedicated. The role of govt is to keep recognizing these people and involve them in shaping Indian wrestling. We have to take his suggestions seriously and then implement them without delay. Same goes to other sports too. We have to recognize dedicated/passionate people in different sports and nurture them.

According to me, every NRI wants to contribute to the welfare of the nation in any form they can. Lets have an online portal where we can adopt a specific sports person/team and interact with them on a one to one basis. By this mechanism people will feel accountable & connected. The transparency will also bring in more funds because people will know that the contributions are going to rightful owners. There also needs to be a averaging out mechanism so that the funds are spread across evenly.

Gov. Must provide some attractive scheams to NRI so that they invest in our country..gov. must provide them with subsidies so that they invest and promote skill devlopement in the country

pmegp is implemented through kvic, kvib and dic for all states. Its an employment generating program that is made available for a very narrow time duration for application. Within such short period judging proper entrepreneur and selection is almost impossible. so, lot of npa occures. Pmegp sd be open for appkication round the year. So that whenever a new person comes govt officers can help them properly to start the project smoothly.
