First of All, Our NRIs may have rights to participate in such games under the banner of INDIA. If we motivate them and make them feel that they are not only NRIs but they are NRIs INDIANS. To attract them, there should be an effective policy. Money Earning factor also should be there. NRIs can guide our sportsperson better. because they having different countries sports tricks. Thank you.

NRIs assistance is the most meaningful and impact able source for the growth and development of Indian sports strength, being a Indians all NRIs will be with us. NRIs investment in India has to fulfill the basic needs and facilities to improve the sports field first as a preliminary step for investment in India.

first of NRIs may be allowed to represent India in international level after due precess. Also they must be encouraged to participate in the District/State .National level competion. Then your question will defnetly become the answer

Most of the private companies are doing social activities as CSR (company's social responsibility) which can be focused and aligned with Indian development. So Invite private companies to develop & support financially and magisterially Sports club in cities/ urban area as their CSR activities. This can be done by even some medium scale industries jointly.
