When we don't know something, we should be going to someone who knows it in order to learn it and then implement it in our own situation. R & D + Profit sharing/collaboration in Indian sport com. with foreign com. 3. Encourage Individual sport players and provide facilities to them.

As I stated in my earlier post which suggest participation of NRIs in buiding facilities for swimming sports as an investment or as donation, similar participation should be possible fo other sport facilities. This creat necessary facilities for different sports which we lack in our country. Many NRIs can possibly contribute as donnation, however, participation as an investment would encourage many.

We have to start identifying tanlet at schools. Start supporting to achieve there best. In Australia the schools n coach recommend a list of players to district once they are in the academy. They are give access to training facilities n coaches where they can learn and grow. Even try and get a sponsor for them so that their parents are not worried about there future. In India regards of talents, rarely parent allow children to take up sports as profession. It has to start at ground level

NRIs can be made to participate in policies imitating western standards like cleanliness, dicipline, moral character in INdia as they have lived on developed countries and at the same time aware of India's complex diversity and intricated setup, so can suggest how to go for the same policy implementations onIndia successfully.

We can Open a Sports Training Camp which are supported by NRI. Almost we have NRI in every district they can adopt their own district Person / team. All this district Sports academy should be connected to Central Sports acedamy. We need to Keep more internal Matches to identify the ability of Person and government can select the same for Olympic, Asian Games and Common Wealth

Provide Indian NRI OCI or PIO sportsperson Indian Passport, so they can compete with their fellow Indians and create higher level of competition and provide Indian sports administrators a larger pool or players to select from. 2. NRI Sponsor training & career of young potential international medal winning players who are selected based on scientific and transparent criterion.

There should be very logical/proper thought process to define the policies and training for the police/crime branch should be given in timely manner accordingly.
