Hello people, I am new to this page and need your little help. I have taken up the task of writing a comprehensive paper on cleanliness in Germany. But i am not sure how to do it. Is there an option to upload this document or do i have to type it in at a particular place on this website?

NRIs can contribute a lot towards the development of the country. Being an NRI myself, I can tell you we are the most patriotic of all and feel deeply concerned about the welfare of our motherland. Since NRIS have worked aboard, they have valuable experiences and contacts which can help build a strong nation. As of now we desperately need an image makeover. India is being known as the one of the rape capital centers of the world. The government should invest in aggressive PR and work with social media to boost India’s image abroad. NRIs can work together with the Indian government to help in any way possible. We do have other urgent matters to take care of, which is understandable but all this is taking its toll on the Tourism industry. Women don’t like to travel alone. A friend of mine recently cancelled her trip to India following the rape news. Her travel alone means thousands of dollars lost to the tourism industry. It affects the Luxury hotels right down to the coconut seller at the beach, not to mention the handicrafts industry.

current Indian govt law does not permit NRIs with foreign passport to take up any Indian govt jobs. there are many jobs lying vacant due to inability to employ suitable person for the post. Why NRI with suitable qualification & experience must not take up this position until Indian can be trained for the post? this is particularly relevant in health sector where there aren't enough qualified senior doctors to train the trainees in medical colleges.

NRI's also can participate along with MP to create a model village in every district. It is very easy especially in Kerala there we have huge number of people in Gulf. We can try to make model village in districts of Kerala. invite suggestion from NRIs from Kerala.

NRIs and resident Indians can make clubs of good people from all over the world and organize festivals with all kinds of arrangements and the facility of home stay. It is very easy to run such clubs online. This will not only enhance tourism but create confidence among foreigners that there are people who will take care In India and vice verse. www.researchtour.com is one of the site which provides this facility to join the home stay club but needed to propagate more world wide.

We need to use battery vehicle in public transportation, just like London. then we can save the fuel and our Indian currency.

Procedure for settling deceased accounts in banks is very unpractical and cumbersome. I traveled from US to punjab where my Late father had accounts in multiple banks. Most banks wanted me to produce witnesses locally and some required 2 prrsons known to bank who would sign indemnity on my behalf. As a visitor from out of town, where would I bring such people from. This procedure needs to be relooked at . Such harrassment to bereaved family members for claiming own money is unwarranted.

Need for Banking reform in deceased claim procedures. I am an NRI settled in USA. i recently travelled to India to settle my deceased father's estate. Extent of employee irresponsibility and harrassment was apalling at state bank of India. after getting no where with all my efforts, I emailed SBI chairman who immediately responded and took care of the problem. I would like to provide feedback to ministry of finance to look into senseless old procedures that breed corruption and harrassment.
