Copy China's foreign movie policy. Only 30 foreign films can be released in China per year. Those which show China values, culture, tourism is good light will stand a chance. But they must shoot in China, use Chinese actors/directors/producers, etc if they want to get past the '30 foreign films"quota and if they want to enjoy an exception to the rule.

As there are lot of Indian students going abroad to study Medicine. GOI can issue permanent registration to those Doctors without screening test. By this more students will go and huge number of Indian can be seen in these area. As lots of students move there ,we can also arrange Higher education for students of those countries to take admission and study in India. Indian Embassy can arrange a "Annual Indian Fair/Festival" with Indians to promote our country,, and must invite all local peoples.

NRI businessmen should promote visits to India by subtly including messages about Indian destinations when they advertise their products and services - for example, if they are advertising their hotel business (a hotel based in the US), they can use a message such as "Enjoy the grandeur of Indian palaces in the US)" or when advertising an airconditioner say "Feel as fresh as you would in the beautiful Himalayan hill towns of India". Or send employees to India as a gift for the best performer.

Most of the people I talk to here in Ireland always mention the lack of security for women, rapes & lack of hygiene in India. Anybody who doesn't even know much about India has this opinion. We need to address this issue asap. Maybe empower ex-servicemen to arrest/report any eve-teasers,ruffians.

Yes, NRI is the one who advertises (mouth publicity) about India in Abroad. But We receive always concern about the Security. Citizen to Police ratio is very small try to hire a retire Army personal to the Police.
