Sir, all primary, secondary n central govt schools n colleges should b run in double shifts. All despansaries should b run from 7 am to 9 pm. People r bankrupt by private schools n hospitals. Make general doctors in 3 yrs after 12 th. Ban by law visits of any state/central govt employee in the factoried. Highest authrity of that department should give in writing, if visit is needed. Provide tax incentives to encourage the practice of telecommuting and remote tele-conferencing amongst companies. This will help reduce the nation's dependence on foreign oil and address environmental considerations as well.

The prime minister had urged scientists to take up teaching as a public service for a weeks duration every year. Similarly, there are doctors who spend a day to a week every year conducting free medical camps at far-off places. This spirit of community service can be encouraged by providing deduction of a weeks salary from the yearly income.

Budget should put a restriction on per capita spending by religious institutions and it should be proportional to their population. It should be at the same rate for all religious communities. This will prevent the rampant conversion with money from abroad as seen with the church. Christian conversion terrorists landed in my house in 3 different cities different times without being invited that is highly offensive. As many as 65 countries have banned religious conversion for social harmony.

Plastic paper trials over, and now Indian currency notes should be made from plastic paper. This will avoid reported Rs 15000 crore fakes from Pakistan After reading in detail, why Gandhi was not given nobel peace price, I found that Gandhi, a multifaceted man prolonged our independence from colonial rule. His picture in currency notes needs to be replaced. with other freedom fighters like Mangal Pande, Shivaji Netaji, Savarkar, social reformers like Narayana Guru, Guru Gobind Singh etc.

I found that over the years BSNL was run down from the top. Its service has deteriorated and the slide is continuing. Many in India are dumping BSNL. From the six month only vality of BSNL as against other providers who give twenty years validity to the lack of signal in major cities, to totally indifferent attitude of its staff, damage the BSNL. I suggest that some incentive scheme should be introduced as well as its management needs to be modified on modern lines.

Incentives for nuclear radiation monitoring equipment manufacturers. Monitors like GM counters etc are very costly. Need to reduce its cost of all. make it affordable for people in radiation environments, for hospitals to have their own small monitors etc. Radiation protection in India does not exist as all over India most of the clinics and hospitals are run without mandatory lead wall lining of wall of x ray rooms, and staff does not have personal radiation monitoring TLD badges etc.
