I had started a question box acclivity in my school where in girls could write a question without writing their names and weekly the box was opened and all the question were taken up and discussed .We received huge amounts of question thus instilling lot of confidence in the girls.Self defence traing should be made compulsory in all school for girls giving regular periods for this o that they can defend themselves when needed.

The girl child is seen as a liability by the parents in view of the maariage expenses even today in aal social strata despite big claims. Moreover the more the girl is educated the higher amount to be spent by parents .So if we can empower our girls and make them independent through social awareness programs it will certainly help . It's the mind set of the people that need to be changed .Incentives given to the girl child are of course a good initiative.

There is lack of affordable school for girl esp for CBSE board, To encourage the school for sevice and as mission , there should be only essential conditions for board's recognition. So that lower middile family could get affordable & prpoer school in nearby. Todays most of the Present CBSE school are glamourized .expensive , their primary motto is to earn more & more profit only in the name of recognized school. Old varanasi resides in street (pakka muhalla),so Govt should consider for.

Now a days Education is very important to all. For stating new CBSE school 2 acre is must. But the cost of the land is increased in village also. Hence I request the government reduce the land area for starting new schools from 2 acre to 1 acre or 1.5 acre. It will helpful to all.
