If we really wish work towards our country development then we need to seriously think about women empowerment if you are giving a reservation to particular cast or minor people so may be it can be the reason of debate and i don't think its a right way but if you are giving reservation to women so it cant be wrong because women are in every home/cast/group so you cannot say you did partiality ..it doesn't mean women are weak but it mean people will think about women.

Girl Child should be announced as one of the earning members of the family like the boys. For marriages the expenses should b fifty fifty. Earning girl after marriage if she works fifty percent of the salary she should be able to give to her own parents on her wish. This system will try to bring closeness for the girls towards their parents n no one will take them as burden.

I have been preparing for bank exams , but the recent results have shown a lot of fraud being happening in bank exams conducted by ibps. Many fraudulent give online exam for another person and at the time of interview the actual candidate is not able to answer simple questions . It can be seen from the recent interviews being conducted by many grameen banks. So please their is a need to stop these fraudulent activities than only deserving candidates will get the job. Thanks Hoping for Solution.

Our Govt. takes many action for free education of children's. But the system of education should be develop a lot. Because as now days, all the students of class will promoted to the next higher class, many of the students of village schools are not able to read even the books of mother tongue. they can not able to do a simple addition or not able to write properly his / her name. This is why, in higher classes they are not able to score good marks.
