Look into Scope creep problem, improve quality standards. The infrastructure arrangements roads, power supply, Space etc. are provided. Also needs to look into policies of taxation, JVs, consortiums, etc, need to be investment friendly. Actually the major problem is confidence given to people. We must make people feel confident to invest in India.

Creating a suitable environment for the Investment of money. Not only Indians but also foreigners are afraid of investing in India due to clumsy bureaucracy and infrastructure problems. The operation of inviting investments shall look into both the things together. Otherwise the boosting of Nationalistic feeling alone wont sustain in long terms. We shall shorten our bidding system, make more efficient evaluation system and pricing, improve payback system, stringent to project completion timeline

Indian scientific community in US and other countries is keen to contribute to country's advancement by sharing their expertise through regular contacts, conferences, joint research projects etc. Finding ways to tap this capital is an important opportunity. China has done this in big way over the past 3 to 4 decades. In my field (Agril. Res.) China organizes dozens of international conference each year There is need to encourage individuals and institutional initiatives and simplify govt. rules.

I think its not just about the investment. its also about the wealth of knowledge they have. NRI should be encouraged to share best practices around the world. I have seen modiji encouraging in his speech. more formal campaign should be run to get practices around the world.
