mother tongue should be at primary level. It may be medium of instruction or a language to be taught.A student should be given maximum exposure to the language to be taught because it is not only a subject but the key to many subjects. So language teachers should be very efficient. If a student is unable to read or write a particular language how he/she would understand other subjects.

Primary education should be given in mother tongue. mother tongue education is the natural right of the children which will build the creativity of the child.. Government should encourage parents to enroll their children in mother tongue medium schools by giving 20% reservation in government jobs for those who complete their education up-to 10th standard in mother tongue.

Our base education should be in mother language. A child starts dreaming and imagine in mother tongue that you hear very first when you come in this world. Most of people speak Hindi in India. Mother tongue will make students understand and learn 90 percent faster. Hindi is our national language so our efforts must be to make it international language. In high education,We should make teaching aids in Hindi and other regional languages.

I think CBSE should form a unique syllabus pattern for each and every Board (i.e. school)in Bharat. And it should start a common syllabus pattern combining ART&Craft, Physical education and vocational edu for 10 & 12 board exam. I am attaching herewith a ideal course structure for consideration. And age limit would be higher for School and college teacher. Because a teacher would be competent when he/she has more experience in practical field.
