I agree with you that "Every student has to learn three languages :vernacular language,eng & another Indian language". What I mean is subject like science, social studies, economics, book should be in English. But instructions can be both in local language and English together. As higher education is in English, students should be comfortable with reading English.

international terminologies will be used only & the medium of instruction will depend on the student.All the national entrance & job exams will be held in all the 21 Indian languages; not in eng.English may be the communicative language but not the main language.For this, all the 21 indian languages must be centrally recognized as official languages.English & hindi as the communicative language.It is noteworthy that Singapore has four official languages.

India is a multi-lingual country.There are as many as 21 constitution recognized languages.every state has 1 or 2 main languages.So, we need a unique language policy.Every student has to learn three languages_vernacular language,eng & another Indian language.Till 12th class vernacular language will be the medium of instruction.Till 10th class vernacular terminologies will be used. In the +12 level both vernacular terminologies & international terminologies will be used.In the higher studies

Many of us are wanting mother tongue as only language for primary education. I know we are emotional towards our mother tongue. But making decision emotionally will not get us any where. We want our country to develop and compete with other nations. Please make decisions what is right for us, not thinking emotionally.

प्राथमिक शिक्षा भारतीय भाषा में ही होना चाहिए. दूसरी भाषा के रूप में संस्कृत हो. तीसरी भाषा अंग्रेजी हो.
