Every student should learn 1-2 Regional Languages (including Hindi), May be we have see how to teach in a innovative way, develop learnability, use modern tools like mobile/tablet/browser to reach out to many students. Language should help in day to day life, verbal communication, bringing society together and bringing harmony. I have many friends who took some advanced Hindi exams in schools, but can barely speak . What is use of this? This is neither helping teacher, student nor society.

We cannot deny the fact that most of the work and medium of communication is in English. While there is a lot of ideas to remove English and go back to Native languages. The fundamental way of teaching native languages should be looked at, you cannot have complex poems, stories, crammed q/a, Complex grammar for Native languages, this will not help anyone in practical way.

English and native language of the state should be mandatory in schools. This way we have a language where we can communicate at global level and also native language to communicate where you stay. Sanskrit should be the third language, so that we can keep our culture and traditions alive. This language was systemically destroyed, when British ruled India, so that we don't unlock and progress our country using the wealth of information that our forefathers accumulated in vedas & books.

Please make sure the children learn languages at an early age and more importantly show them how to type language on a keyboard. Make that an essential part of the curriculum. When children are able to read and write using computer the language will be part of their lives for ever. Find a better way to make apps Android and Iphone based that can provide a way to type Indian languages for mobile devices.

as there is neeed of high education in our country. but now a days eduction is very costly.also reputation of govt. school is declining. so to provide cheap and best education to every child the government should start english and local languages courses. for this govt. should start english medium eduction in schools. and also high quality teachers are required so that every child will get equal oppurtunity. govt. should rethink of education system seriously.

Ensure that a child learns not less than five Indian languages and one foreign language. Language skills enhance communication skills. Literature of different languages give a cosmopolitan outlook. It tempers the personality to have a perspective rather than understanding or application.

We need to promote our devbhasha sanskrit.Sanskrit is the original language of the Vedas. The Vedic form of Sanskrit is the close descendent of Proto-Indo-European, the reconstructed root of all later Indo-European languages. It is regarded as one of the great original cultural languages of this planet. The relationship between Sanskrit and modern European languages and the classical Greek and Latin are seen in mother and matr or father and pitr.

today's youth is comfortable in reading English but conversing in Hindi/regional language. I think English shall not be removed so that we have an edge over China in ib.
