As today we are talking for the skill development in India, there is a number of colleges like for B.Tech but have we ever thought the level of teaching in these colleges. only theoretical knowledge which is also incomplete is provided except in IITs or some NITs. ranking/ accredition is mostly on papaer-its purely documentation that too all fake.and we are notorious for that. in name of newer / advance quality/ merit/ performance is diluted/ corrupted. edu system / field is one of the most lucrative field where no accountabillity/ every thing at all level is tradable. sad situation , is known ,still closed eyes things to go on.

I feel India has long way to go, we have to encourage PHDs, Joint research projects, Industrial internships so that students have better opportunities for skill development. In turn universities also get benefited in higher ranks in this category.

Its time we do away with reservation system in top universities.The top universities are the centres of excellence and only the best brains of the country should make it there.None of out top universities is in top 100 of world in spite of having world class students.Its time we reflect where we are getting it right.Some people may argue that it backward classes wont make it there.But if we introduce a world class education system in +2 level and do away with reservation,we will be top 100 soon.
