All schools should be run in two shifts both shifts having entirely different staff on all positions. This will double the number of seats for parents/ students, double the employment/growth opportunities for teachers and other staff and double the income of schools using same infrastructure which could be used for providing high quality infrastructure and other facilities to the students and teachers. Regards, C.M. Jain

Teachers and management must have knowledge how to carry out the education process. As of now there is a rat race kids go to school with lots of books in bag. Education should have more practical aspects than written work. Should be taught more in the lively way. There should be a practice for the human behaviour and other human values as well.
