Its a paralyzed system in Kutch District of Gujarat. Students quality is very very poor in Government schools. Teachers do outside jobs in spite of giving fat salaries. Teachers as like Doctors, Lawyers should be restricted to peruse just one profession.

As far as school standards n assessment is being talked private sector schools will never fail as they maintain paper work/ pomp n show .I again retreeet no good change can happen without positive changes in the society.CBSE feels miserable in controlling schools standards n assessing them.

There should be quality education best best teachers in India, compared to the international standards. Many teaching staff cannot speak fluently. Educate the teachers with good communication and interpersonal skills which can be imparted to the students. Change the system of education by introducing practical sessions and more research orientated. Pay structure for the schools and colleges teaching staff should be marked to a good scale because they are not paid.

"SCHOOLS MAKE MILITARY LEADERS/IAS/TEACHER'S/PROFESSOR'S".SIR, the assessment system of the school must be IMPARTIAL and only student's action must counted in the classes while teaching is going on and based on that the grading must be done without putting the student in TENSION.

Dear sir, we have an education system that is based on memory ,and if the student attends the school regularly then he/she is confident in facing the memory based semi-final/final exam of duration 3 hours. But if memory is weakened during that particular period of exam due to child's illness/else(poor socio-economic condition which at times results in suicide) then inspite of having attended school regularly the child fails ,thus the schools education system is wasted .Think over it.
