School management should be concern with the quality of teacher. try to organised a meet with all teachers per year. Create some appraisal system for teacher by this school management judge his/ her performance per year..... But Govt and School management also think about remuneration of teacher. In our country Maximum in Private School remuneration of teacher is not good.

One of the most difficult aspects of becoming a teacher is learning how to motivate your students. It is also one of the most important. Students who are not motivated will not learn effectively. While motivating students can be a difficult task, the rewards are more than worth it. Motivated students are more excited to learn and participate. Simply put: Teaching a class full of motivated students is enjoyable for teacher and student alike. Some students are self-motivated.

In new education policy, instead of just one examination at the end of the year why government does not think of taking sessional also into account. it will give the complete picture of development of the child because mere three hours are not enough to judge the learning behavior of the student
