Bharatheeya Vidyaniketan, Kerala is an organization running 438 schools in kerala. They have implemented a system called as "Kshema samithi". Its a partnership of parents, well wishers and professionals in around the locality of school that acts instead of PTA in school. This system will create a better management strategy for the development of school since it sees everything from an outer angle.

I am of the view that up to 5th standard there must be no bag to carried by the little hearts children. There must be no annual examination, only physical/ entertainment activities, art and craft and extra curricular activities may be carried on in schools to well being and physical growing children. The burden of bookish education make them tensed in the age of playing and make mary.
