Monitoring and quality assessment of every school should be done regularly to improve the standard of schools. Management of every single school should be monitored by government itself, whether its a public school or government school. Standard of government schools should be improved drastically to make education more accessible.

The most important question in this regard is "Do we need to review the structure or our school and curriculum?' This is asked no where. The learning outcomes, exams, no detention, CCE etc. all depend on the sturcture of the school and curriculum. without changing the very structure none of them are going to be successful. http://www.deccanherald.com/content/451598/in-dire-need-reform.html
