Share innovative ideas on sustainable EEE Products

Electrical and Electronic Equipment ( EEE ) and materials are one of the biggest challenges to sustainability. EEE are responsible for highly complex waste generation, energy-intensive manufacturing, usage and waste processing.

Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) observes Swachhata Pakhwada 2022 from 1st February 2022 to 15th February 2022 promoting ‘E-waste se Raksha- Swachhata hi Suraksha’. Citizens are invited to share their ideas on how EEE products and materials can be made more sustainable.

We value your suggestions which would be instrumental in encouraging efforts towards sustainable practices in Electrical and Electronic products and spreading the awareness about same.

The best entries from the citizens will be identified by the Ministry and will be featured on the MyGov page.

The last date to receive suggestions is 15th February 2022.

Being a citizen of india, it's our prime duty to promote sustainable development. Either is EEE or any resources. For this we should reduce the wastage of resources and should be conscious to our contribution towards our nation.

Respected Pradhan Mantri,Namaskar, E_waste recyclers use processes such as incineration, acid leeching. This process can be improve by giving rights to all companies.By awareness program like rallies, camps, exhibition. Every colony and society should have to collect fines from members of colony and society for development of both if they don't follow the instructions of awareness programs related E_waste management. Its every citizens responsibility to do proper management of E_waste by using 5R process those are re-use, remould, recycle, repaire, regenarate Actually this processes are already mentioned in the textbook of ninth and tenth standerd science book. My suggestion is that this knowledge must be mantion from primary education, because every child should know hazardous effects of E_waste on health and environment. If new generation will be healthy then and then we can make 'स्वस्थ भारत,सशक्त भारत, Atmnierbhar Bharat. youths are pillars of our nation's so welcome them for aware

Most of the houses are having over head water tank, these tank gets overflow every day during filling of the tank. Huge amount of water & power is wasted in this daily activity. Can we have a device which can be installed on OH water tank to caution the person operating the pump by making alarm sound or to trip the pump automatically once the water is filled to safe filling level.

Sustainable living is the need of the hour and minimum waste should be generated by circulation of items rather than throwing them
