Share innovative ideas on sustainable EEE Products

Electrical and Electronic Equipment ( EEE ) and materials are one of the biggest challenges to sustainability. EEE are responsible for highly complex waste generation, energy-intensive manufacturing, usage and waste processing.

Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) observes Swachhata Pakhwada 2022 from 1st February 2022 to 15th February 2022 promoting ‘E-waste se Raksha- Swachhata hi Suraksha’. Citizens are invited to share their ideas on how EEE products and materials can be made more sustainable.

We value your suggestions which would be instrumental in encouraging efforts towards sustainable practices in Electrical and Electronic products and spreading the awareness about same.

The best entries from the citizens will be identified by the Ministry and will be featured on the MyGov page.

The last date to receive suggestions is 15th February 2022.

Dear prime minister,Is that not possible to do tv, Mobile, refrigerator, Washing machine,etc..outer body from other material not from plastic (like aluminum, copper,or ms) whey using plastic because that's more affordable.even the circuit board also can made from non ferrous materials,if that done all the things transferred.now the situation is like eg:if TV is not working,&the cost of repair is more people will buy a new one like use and throw systems,& build quality also same like that only,we are selecting which is very less Price if that comes 2-3year enough like that thinking!no one thinking about the future.so if all going same 1 day when we are not in the world our generation will says what human did for us,now animals struggling next generation will struggling? don't thing now we can face all challenges, but next can't!think transformation can be done now latter we have to think only if that done on those days was better for now...first think before act.thank you.
