for studies the tubelight & books are good for brain imagination, reading & understanding the concept, learning habits & mind concentration instead of 3D image or video teaching. brain development is main concept & it should sustain for future through generations. like Veda is survived in it's slang to pronounce in same way as it is verbal practice of chanting. mental calculation, story telling by grandmother than self reading computer. so preserve brains to work don't do brain feeding. lazyness

instead of recycling do one time installation of permanent public digital library, panchayat one, public TV & radio station. so that people instead of investment in smart TV, smart phone, laptop PC, home appliances by do it yourself let's go for public e.g. for grains we go to Mills, PC go to public browsing centre, phone call use coin Booth ( internet phone call- BSNL Wing) / use free public WiFi.so that protect environment free from electromagnetic wave. save birds & animals. increase ponds.

We all have adapted cheap and harmful things. yes, We have reduced our focus towards the quality products. we should give chance to our Indian startups. so that, they will deliver the quality products and also, it we can demand them for recycling too.

Namaskarams,
My suggestions are as follows.
1. Use of LED-based lighting solutions (To be energy efficient)
2. Proper e-Waste management 3. Strict monitoring systems for avoiding dumping of international e-wastes in our land
4. Creation of 'Wealth from Wastes' like Rock Garden, etc.
5. Awareness program to create more intent by all citizens towards 3Rs
6. Compulsory EE Certification for all appliances
7. Ban on all cheap Chinese products and replacing them with quality Indian products by supporting Startups
8. More production of LED based, FIPET based luminous devices to ensure more light and less energy consumption
9. Preference for Rural Development in this Sector
