The Digital India campaign was launched by the Government on July 1, 2015, under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi, with a vision to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy.

Revolutionary initiatives like AADHAR, UMANG, BHIM, CoWIN, MyGov, DigiLocker, e-Hospital, e-Education, National Scholarship Portal (NSP), PM-WANI, and many more have provided the impetus to the vision for connecting and empowering 125 crore citizens.

As we celebrate the 6 Years of Digital Transformation of India, MyGov invites citizens to share their ideas and stories of digital empowerment.

Even though India has become digital today, the people of the villages are not able to benefit from this digitalization in the same way as the urban people. If by running a special grassroots campaign in the villages, the people of the village, farmers should be informed about how to get information related to agriculture digitally and how to know about the various ongoing schemes of the government. https://alertsarkarijob.com

मा.मोदीजी! नमस्कार, आप जो डिजिटल इंडिया बना रहे है! बहुत अच्छा है जिसे लोगो का बहुत सुविधा मिलती है! जैसे (आधार, उमंग, भीम, कोविन ,माय गव्हर्मेंट) लेकिन जिस तरह व्हाट्सअप ,युट्युब, टिक टॉक, शेअर चॅट जेसी ॲप सर्वसामान्य लोगो तक पोहोचते है !वेसे माय गव्हर्मेंट जेसी ॲप हर सर्वसामान्य लोगो तक नही पोहोचपारी है! मेरा सृजाव हे की हम ये ॲप हर मोबाईल में मौजूद हो सके- जेसे फेसबुक ,युट्युब, ट्विटर जीसे हर सर्वसामान्य लोग इस ॲप का लाभ उठा सके ! धन्यवाद.

भले ही आज भारत डिजिटल हो गया है लेकिन इस डिजटलीकरण से गांवों के लोग उस तरह से लाभ नहीं ले पा हैं जिस तरह से शहरी लोग। अगर गांवों में विशेष जमीनी अभियान चलाकर गांव के लोगों को, किसानों को डिजिटल रूप से कृषि से संबंधित जानकारी कैसे प्राप्त करें व सरकार की चल रही विभिन्न योजनाओं के बारे में कैसे पता करें के बारे में जानकारी दी जाए। बड़े खेतिहर किसान तो लाभ पा जाते हैं लेकिन मध्यम वर्गीय व छोटे तबके के किसान खेतों तक ही रह जाते हैं। अधिकतर किसान व मजदूर इस डिजिटलीकरण से आज भी दूर हैं।

इसी सर्वर पर process हों। मानवाधिकार कानून इसके apps पर लागू न होता हो। शासकीय कर्मचारी की CR का valuation भी कंम्पयूटर आधारित हो, अर्थात उसमें मानव दख़ल कम से कम हो, जिससे प्रमोशन आदि में पारदर्शिता आएगी। शासकीय सेवकों का तबादला आदेश भी प्रत्येक 3 वर्ष में अनिवार्य रूप से इसी app से जारी हो।

पुनः एक बार शासकीय सेवकों के लिए एक pre loaded mobile phone/tab/laptop सरकार द्वारा प्रदान किया जाए जिसमें ऐसे apps हों जो विशिष्ट सर्वर से कनेक्ट होते हों और तहसील स्तर पर अवस्थित हों। जिसका निरंतर backup केन्द्रीय स्तर पर लिया जाता हो। इसमें ही location tracking, biometric attendance, एवं दैनिक progress report की सुविधा हो app द्वारा बोलकर type करने की सुविधा हो (Google style!) वेतनभोगी का वेतन भुगतान भी इस mobile number (शासकीय सर्वर प्रदत्त) से सीधे खाते में जमा हो। छुट्टी आदि के आवेदन भी .
