the people who are against recording and live streaming are either idiots or crooks. the chief mischief that many judges indulge in is that they say something while speaking and write altogether different things in ordersheet and judgement. giving infinite and unwarranted adjournments is normal in many courts of india. may be this recording and live streaming would put check into these malpractices

If every department is transforming and benefiting with technology..why shouldn't legal system benefit form technology.
we should opt live streaming but not for all cases.. there should be some regulations, we can start live streaming from civil and financial cases as a pilot project in suprim court legal proceedings.

Sir, Does the court allow a builder to do settlement of six legal heirs out of ten for their 7.5 acres property owned for nearly more than 70 years, and the builder demolishes their homes without giving anything.
this has happened.

Adorable Prime Minister, You are taking many steps for the betterment of all professionals besides private tutors. But do you think they have no any contributions to society ? Tutors, who are neglected by all govt., have more contributions than the pedagogues . Do something for them. How will they nourish themselves when they will not be able to teach students due to age related problems. kindly do something.

Definitely needed, from the initial stages so most of the aspects of the case should be addressed. Which will minimize the trade advocates do and drag the case for indefinite time.

It is a must. As such small courts proceedings and verdicts are loosing on faith. Police and small courts are hand in glow to escape the work load and to do things easy. This largely affects the faith in the system. Some Police cadre largely are highly corrupt and characterless. They cannot be trusted. The government gives good protection to courts and police even though they are wrong and misbehaving. If this should change then live-streaming can help to improve the efficiency.
