Booking under sections filing cases is not enough , severe punishments in judiciary are the need of the hour to decrease the crime rate in India. As the conviction percent is very low crime rate is increasing . police and Judicary should play vital role in decreasing crime rate . A time bound judgement for the cases is need of the hour and should be included in drafting New rules for Live streaming and Recording of court proceedings.

Despite the fact that over 3000 crores was spent in purchasing VVPAT machines, their data is not being verified.
The Supreme Court stated that it would verify data from 5 EVM’s making that a 2% verification. While the best case scenario is a 100% verification, through this ,I am requesting to draft rule for a 50 percent random verification of EVM through VVPAT before declaring the results.
we can approach millions of other people like us who doubt the EVM over election commission,

36% of parliamentarians and state assembly members , are facing criminal trail in 3045 cases. The total strength of law makers in parliament and assemblies is 4896 . After 2014 elections , the centre framed a scheme to set up 12 fast track courts across the country to try such cases . But now, the centre will need to duble the number of special courts as the total cases stands at 3045 .
request you set up the fast track courts immediately and draft rules for live streaming .
