The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India, is the portal showcasing the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) initiatives adopted by the judicial system in India. The e-Committee is the governing body charged with overseeing the e-Courts Project conceptualized under the “National Policy and Action Plan for Implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the Indian Judiciary-2005”.

As the effect of covid will remain and the lifespan of this present pandemic could not be assumed, digital proceedings are inevitable.

12. Judicature, executive and legislature are the beauty of our system and work independently. But it must be considered if they become friend or foe of each other what can be the pros and cons and how can it affect to the public. This was not imagined before 1950. Hope, this govt. will calculate the risk mentioned above before passing any act or law.!
Jai Hind.!
