4.Education of basic laws and filing and explanation of facts either to police or lawyer by common people must be part of streaming of e-courts fundamentals. e.g simple reportings in police matters as FIR or simple NC have chance of manipulation. Can we educate how to file FIR to general public?

As our prime minister is working to make more and more government services contactless, the courts also should become more contactless. This has multiple benefits. Reduced foot fall at courts will require less infrastructure, less cost. This also means less cost and time savings for litigants. Hight courts and supreme Court will become accessible to people and advocates. There will be faster movement of cases. Proper virtualization technology should be adopted in courts without any delay.

It is not necessary to fix 5 cameras at different angles, instead one camera man with his camera is enough to record all the proceedings.since all the five persons are not performing simultaneously, the camera man will record easily.2(3)A remote control device will be operated by the Judges-not possible. They will do the control by commanding the camera man and he will do the process easily.

Live or recorded the technology can be used, upgraded but what about the obsolete law. The way technology is being upgraded the laws must also be revised with time. It’s a shame that our IPC is of 1870, Police act is of 1871 and there are many many laws more than 100 years old. Absolutely irrelevant

I feel live streaming of all court proceedings will lead to unwanted hardships. I agree every citizen has a right to know about the country's court functioning. But live streaming may lead to unwanted debates and media turmoil on the popular cases being live streamed. In order to get good name in media or to escape from media turmoil there might be manipulations of various sort. Further this will lead to lack of respect on the advocates and judges leading to lack of confidence on judiciary.

3. Frequency of stay under any judicial person tenure must be measured on the adequacy and urgency of matters. To stop selling of this weak link of judicial matters need to be made objective.
