The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India envisages a judicial system that is more accessible, efficient, and equitable for every individual who engages with the justice delivery system. The right of access to justice, guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution encompasses the right to access live court proceedings.

To imbue greater transparency, inclusivity and foster access to justice, the e-Committee has undertaken the project of live streaming of court proceedings on priority. This will enable access to live court proceedings, including on matters of public interest to citizens, journalists, civil society, academicians, and law students on a real-time basis, which was not otherwise possible owing to geographical, logistical, or infrastructural issues.

The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India invites inputs, feedback, and suggestions on the Draft Model Rules for Live-Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings.

lot of civil cases are pending with the courts for some years.some cases come for first hearing after some years.in the meantime some of the parties expired.some party enjoyed the property, even though not having the ownership, some years till the judgement.So before court,there should be a judicial body comprising one judge, tahsildar, surveyor with some official in each court to dispose every civil cases within a week or a month.this will easy the other proceedings of the court.

rule for Live streaming and live vedio of court proceedings to be recorded 1. permission of victims and acused while physical appearance is present in court. 2. judges phycical appearance should not be visible to socity only common robotic image with only nick name of judge for court pricedings should be stored in vedio. 3. recording to be accessed only to suprime court judges and not to media and civil socity or any non profit organizations RTI on recording to be banned.

The Truth and fact remains in socity and the lie and cheating ideas lies with the orguing layers ,acused and victims , the judge can see and feel the crime in front of him still he cant give justice to victims due to constitution laws written in parliamentarians.... after promising in the name of holy book victims and accused say lies, still I fear to say that I dont believe in courts and judgement. judge should get down to socity study the case and give judgment on live vedio within 90 day

महोदय, यह सुप्रीम कोर्ट का एक क्रांतिकारी कदम होगा अगर हम लोग यानि कि आम जनता सुप्रीम कोर्ट में हो रही जनता के हित की याचिका की सुनवाई को लाइव देखने का मोका मिले। इसेसे यह होगा जज साहब और वकीलों बड़े ध्यान से अपनी दलील रखनी पड़ेगी। मैं यह चाहता हूं यह काम शीघ्र अति शीघ्र हो धन्यवाद जय हिन्द

IT is a boon to young lawyers.By listening this, they will become expert and also they may choose the cases to attend to increase their social values.And hence the crime rate may surely decrease.
