The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India envisages a judicial system that is more accessible, efficient, and equitable for every individual who engages with the justice delivery system. The right of access to justice, guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution encompasses the right to access live court proceedings.

To imbue greater transparency, inclusivity and foster access to justice, the e-Committee has undertaken the project of live streaming of court proceedings on priority. This will enable access to live court proceedings, including on matters of public interest to citizens, journalists, civil society, academicians, and law students on a real-time basis, which was not otherwise possible owing to geographical, logistical, or infrastructural issues.

The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India invites inputs, feedback, and suggestions on the Draft Model Rules for Live-Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings.

भ्रष्टाचार की शुरुवात होती है ,पार्टियों द्वारा चुनाव में किए जानें वाले चुनाव खर्च से,विभाग,से चुनाव चंदा एकत्र हो कर मंत्री ,मुख्य मंत्री,केंद्र ,को जाता हे,उस की पूर्ति हेतु ,भ्रष्टाचार किया जाते है,सभी पटिया कृति ही ,चुनाव में प्रचार पर,खर्च ,बंद हो जाए ,भ्रस्ताचार कम हो जायेगा,*एक देश एक चुनाव *की और बड़े हम ,जितने कम चुनाव,उतना कम भ्रष्टाचार ,शासन के खर्च से 10 गुना पार्टियां खर्च करती हे, हर चुनाव के बाद 30 प्रतिशत महगायी बाजार में बीडी जाती हे,मेरा देश हित में चुनाव चुनाव कम से कम करे

vanakam to our honourable PM Narendra Modi ji. I have a idea to cinemas. the management like PVR and Inox and othe cinemas can give some amount as cashback to the audience if they got Vaccinated. This will encourage the people to get vaccinated. And people's getting Vaccinated is good for cinema's to avoid one more lockdown which will create loss for them. This suggestion is to increase the vaccination speed in India. same you can implement in ration shops and train travel and flight travel also

vanakam to our honourable PM Narendra Modi ji. I have an idea of giving cashback if the passenger in Indian Railways has got vaccination done. TTR has to verify this for every passenger of the train and he has to update this to government. and government can put some amount to the passenger's aadhar linked bank account. TTR has to be monitored by some authority for truth in his data.
