Many things are going on these days majorly the Bengal issue .. court proceedings must be completely neutral from any conflict of interest! Burning issue must be finished in quickest possible time.. there must be a team to act quickly and must be another authority like bank ombudsman to look i to proceedings ( timely/ without any bias or malpractice! All proceedings must be documented and recorded so nothing goes missed and if a judge is biased in decision.. even he can be made responsible !

Live streaming and recording is good step in this changing world. It act as a proof of hearing.
But some people misuse it like actress Juhi Chawala who shared the link in social networking site.
Court should have strict laws against it or put some penalty in such cases.
Important hearing related to national interest or sensitive case should be done offline.
Online hearing saves lots of money in traveling and it is efficient and time saving.

Sir, all court proceedings and recording should be available on open platforms like YouTube. This is to make sure that everyone gets fair trial. The magistrate would know people are watching and hence will not indulge in corrupt practices. Also, current court websites implementation in Maharashtra on govt websites does not work. So, govt should not build streaming and recording website. They can build reliable platforms like YouTube

Hon'ble P.M sir & e.comittee of SCI.
My submission before going to implementation on live streaming and recording of court proceedings,
for the 1st time trail run / project may be selected in some Dist.courts to trace out real problems and difficulties, to rectify or Corrections to success this project.
As because in present system Manually depending for recording of court proceedings, but this Project is purely depending on technical issues and it required skilled persons to operate.

dear Sir, live streaming is really welcomed. I think it's better to give facilities based on performance of judges.we should not consider only age factor but knowledge n experience in solving the issues.at least one case must resolved per day per taluk level followed by district then state level.

I appreciate the step to a more transparent and pellucid proceedings, by livestreaming them. This will increase the faith of the citizens on the judiciary, which is the only branch left which serves for the purpose of protecting the rights of the citizen and is termed as conscience keep of the constitution by our founding fathers.
