Mangaluru has a beautiful sea shore many rivers and inland water areas, where we can develop tourism by promoting Boathouse like aleppy, Kerala. Further we can develop sea side properties to entertain tourist spots , Mangala corniche to implement as soon as possible and CRZ rules to relax in such areas.
