Mangalore has to become smart city soon. But there are lots of problems like floating population is low to support hotels, shops, malls, tourist spots. This has to be overcome by promoting tourism advertising in other cities. The tunnel work at shiradi ghat to cut down traveling time between Bangalore to 4.5 hrs.mysore Mangalore to 3 hrs by having 4 lanes to both cities.this is a must to see Mangalore grow.
