Administration must must start with ensuring full utilization of the current infrastructure. #Mangalore, by design, has a lot of parking space but it is sad to see that lot of those are not utilized properly and managed poorly. Few suggestions
1. All the underground parking spaces should be cleared, cleaned and made available to public for use
2. Parking lots must be clearly marked (outlined) for proper parking
3. Open parking lots are full of pot holes and garbage and need cleaning

All smart cities shall have the Shops in separate colony. No shop should have direct approach from the regular city roads. Shops colony should have sufficient parking space, with one entry and one exit from the road. Each shop colony can accommodate 30 / 40 shops. Item wise areas for shops also can be identified, can have separate locations for Dress materials, Jewels, furnitures, etc., The models are available in developed countries.

mangalore has enough human resource
Every person in this city should be employed
Ensure 100% job guarantee for all the students who want to be self employed
See that students will work in their own city
Setup enough opportunities by having different manufactures
Let the city be self sustaining in agri, manufacturing, infra, retail etc
