In an endeavour to address the inadequacies of capacity constraints and improve its modal share in total freight eco system of the country, Indian Railways has come up with Draft National Rail Plan.

A draft of long term strategic plan called the National Rail Plan has been developed to plan infrastructural capacity enhancement along with strategies to increase modal share of the Railways. The National Rail Plan will be a common platform for all future infrastructural, business and financial planning of the Railways. This plan is being circulated among various Ministries for their views now. Railways aim to finalise the Final plan by January 2021.

आपकी रहनुमाई में भारतीय रेल में अभूतपूर्व प्रगति की है। रेल में अनेकों क्षेत्रों में निजीकरण की आवश्यकता है वो उन कार्यों मेजो यात्रियों से सीधे जुड़ी हैं साथ ही उन सेवादाताओं के लिए कठोर आर्थिक दण्ड का भी प्रावधान हो जो यात्रियों की सेवा में अक्षम साबित कहे जाते हो। साथ ही यात्रियों पर भी अर्थदंड व अन्य मापदंड भी हों यदि वे ऐसी सेवाओं में बाधाएं भी उतपन्न करते हैं। "अधिकार हैं तो दायित्व भी हैं यात्रियों के" जिनकी अवहेलना अपराध की श्रेणी में इंगित किया जाए।

I think that the existing infrastructure and trains should be modernized and electrified on a larger scale. First, we should increase the average speed of both passenger and freight trains as increasing the speed would also increase the number of times these trains could carry the load, thus increasing the overall carrying capacity. This could be done by expanding and buying more Vande Bharat express train sets and fast-tracking the development of Train 20.

1रेल्वे का निजिकरण ना किया जाये। 2कैमरे की मदद से गंदगी फैलानेवाले और गुनाह करनेवालो को उग्र सजा दी जाये। 3साफ सफाई की और सुविधाओं की अधिक व्यवस्था की जाये। 4सुरक्षा की कड़ी व्यवस्था की जाये।

1रेल्वे का निजिकरण ना किया जाये। 2कैमरे की मदद से गंदगी फैलानेवाले और गुनाह करनेवालो को उग्र सजा दी जाये। 3साफ सफाई की और सुविधाओं की अधिक व्यवस्था की जाये। 4सुरक्षा की कड़ी व्यवस्था की जाये। 5रिजर्वेशन की व्यवस्था बिलकुल आसान की जाये। 6स्टेशन पर बैठनेवाले असामाजिक तत्वों अथवा रेल्वे में अभद्र बर्ताव करनेवालो लोगो को रेलवे पुलिस द्वारा अधिक सख्त व्यवस्था की जाये। 7नागरिक रेल्वे को देश की संपत्ति समजे नुकसान न पहोचाये इस लिए प्रोत्साहन दिया जाये। 8स्टेशन और रेल्वे को सुन्दर बनाये।

Kindly cover the un-served sections like KARAULI in Rajasthan, which was promised by none other than Shri Lal Bahadur Shashtri ji, the then Railway Minister and Indira Gandhi in tow more than 60 years ago and we the people of Karauli have been hoping the government would fulfil its commitment one day. We are disappointed to find that all those elements who indulge in tod-phod ki rajniti succeed in getting their demands fulfilled while the law abiding citizens fail to get small demands fulfilled

High salary Post of IAS officers in Indian railway increasing the cost and financial burden on railway apart from making railway privatization and give profit to corporate, railway can be bureaucrat free highly profitable by hiring professionals from Business schools at managerial level on one third salary.

Please Give Station maintenance with The Name of Company who Administrate only Railway Stations Example - Vikhroli in Mumbai Subarban Godrej Company JamNagar - Gujrat - Reliance Industies Not Need of Privatisation because of Rail Ticket is Too High after starting Privatisation Indian Railway Common Man suffer otherwise due to High Ticket Charges due to Privatisation

भारतीय रेल मे खानपान सुविधा में सुधार आवश्यक है। गैर लाइसेंसी बेंडरो का ट्रेन में चढ़ना प्रतिवन्धित किया जाए प्रेत्यक ट्रैन तथा स्टेशन पर खानपान की उचित तथा पारदर्शी व्यवस्था हो तथा गलत खानपान सेवा के लिए दंड की व्यवस्था हो।

Development of IOT and Bigdata Science should applied by Railway for better management of passenger service,proper findings and prediction of traffic load along with routes with better coordinated with timing and seasons will give a suitable solution to waiting problems. This will increase the profitability of the railway.
