Moving towards becoming a cashless economy, Indian Railways has introduced a mobile based App "UTSONMOBILE" which enables booking and cancellation of unreserved tickets, issue and renewal of season and platform tickets, check and load R-Wallet balance and helps maintain user profile management and booking history. Users can download this app from Google Play Store or Windows store free of cost. This application is available on both Android and Windows smart phones.
Ministry of Railways invites suggestions from the general public regarding `UTSONMOBILE' App of Indian. Your suggestions will help us to examine the existing features of this App and make requisite improvements wherever necessary.

Message should get after each station passed and coming station,because many passengers miss their station due to not getting information about coming and they don't have much time to confirm on every stop.even this features may install in every coach with display also

Please update this 1)live train status which can show the exact location of train, 2)update app to show the coach position or may be the past coach position 3)when i tried paperless it shows be within the range of 5 km of station its annoying me and everybody 4)while booking the ticket "from" station it gives me only my nearest or my state station E.G:- Now i am residing in ahmedabad i have to book a ticket but it shows only maharashtra state because i was residing there it goes aanoying

भारतीय रेलवे में जीपीएस सिस्टम aap पूरी तरह से सक्षम होना चाहिए।जिसे यात्री को टिकट बुक करते ही 5rs एक्स्ट्रा चार्ज ले कर ऑटोमेटिक इंस्टॉल aap टिकट में दिए गए नंबर में इंस्टलिंग यस क्लिक करते ही इंस्टॉल हो जाये जिससे ट्रेन की exat लोकेशन पता चल सके।।और यात्री ट्रेन लेट होते हुआ भी,ट्रेन पहुचने से जस्ट पहले आ सके।।और यात्री को वेट न करना पढे।। थैंक यू भारतीय रेलवे।।।

1.Allow User to book the ticket anywhere in the world such that they will not phase the problem,2.if anyone wants to book the ticket while sitting in another train tgen he or she cant because they are above that 2 km

Dear sir I m Suraj Anand from Deoghar (Jharkhand) sir mujhe ek question hai 5,10 ka coin nahi le rha hai bank. Bank Q nahi lena chahti hai iske liye hum log ko kya karna chahiye jo bank v 5,10 ka coin accept kar le hum aap se yehi binti karna hai har bank 5,10 ka coin accept kar le plz plz kuch Teo boliye

1. It's very nice for us that Users can download this app from Google Play Store or Windows store free of cost but if you want this app is much more user-friendly than please make it offline accessible because we can not use this type of app due to not running the net at the time of urgency....

It should have GPS system. It is necessary to have a function of give information of nearer railway station e.g. timing of trains, tickets etc. The common problems which are faced by people can post or share their problems by this app. Afterthat this could become importants
