For employment generation and growth of nation, analyse the demand of items, cost & feasibility factor, etc.,employment with modernization should be considered, speed, accuracy, quality and revenue oriented manufacturing unit should be started, priority should be given to export oriented unit. PPP model is the best for encouraging the employment and development.Relaxation in govt. policy for comfortable and quick development.electricity, road, water, other infra. should be provided by govt autho.

sir,due to competitive market margin of profit is reduced so also volume of business, maintain employee salary as per market is becoming difficult, employee see unorganized labour/mason/electrician/carpenter charging very high fee lump sum or daily wages say 600 to 1000 a day.trend of such unorganized migrants is only for more wages or remain idle.

I would like to draw your attention towards engineering jobs in government organizations, which is based on degree (mechanical, civil, electrical & electronics ) only. There are 50 other branches of engineering based on these four branches, but these degree holders do not get job even after qualifying written test.
They are discriminated on the ground of degree.
So my humble request is that in government organizations jobs should be based on knowledge, which is useless without opportunity.
