Any consumer movement can be successful only with the whole-hearted participation by the consumers.  All the citizens of the country are consumers in one way or the other.  The citizens, therefore, is expected to be pro-active in identifying misleading advertisement, suggest effective measures to tackle such advertisements and are also expected to offer out of the box ideas so that the movement against misleading advertisement can really picks up the desired momentum.

When court decide against any ad than it should fix a penalty on the company 1000 times of the sale for the year of the product at retail end.

Government of India has two health department one allopathic which will ban these toothpaste and aurvedic department will propagate these. First Government has to decide which pathy she believes

Make judiciary to deliver with in 30 days against any advertisement to support public to take action against false advertisement.

Advertisement standardization should be implemented like censor in film certification. Advertisement should be approved by board before show. Approving authority should check/confirm facts and figure before approval. This may minimize misleading advertisement.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी जी, / रेल मंत्री श्री सुरेश प्रभु जी , देशहित एवं जनहित में एक सुझाव आपके समक्ष पेश है - रेल लाइन की पटरियों की खाली पड़ी जमीनों को ऐसे भूमिहीन और जरुरतमंद लोंगों को आवंटन के जरिये कृषि कार्य के लिए देने की ब्यवस्था की जाय, जिसमें वह तिलहन और दलहन जैसी खेती कर सके ! जिससे कृषि प्रधान भारत देश में तिलहन और दलहन की घटती कमी को दूर किया जा सके !

I wanted to replace the cosmetics and other items at my home by Swadeshi make products.One such action is using Neem toothpaste in stead of MNC product...But to my shock it is said that all herbal toothpaste contain NICOTINE and one day brushing is equivalent to smoking 6 cigarettes..I even saw such news dt in 2011 & 12 in websites carried by some newspapers. It is TRUE that I get some sort of that feeling when I use NEEM..Health department need to clarify this,

Prime minister sir there will be a very sharp eyes of the government and police.the govt.vshould be proper advertisement for that kind of things that peoples will do and most imp the awareness of citizens is important
