In my opinion, Government can open Library cum Facilitation Centre which will have power backup in every village. This centre will be equipped with WiFi. Library can have books and facilitators which can educate people and help the people in e-services. This centre can invite students as volunteers who can teach about e-services time-to-time. I believe this way, services can be provided in minimum cost to maximum area and population.

Firstly Electrical supply & other basic facilities should reach every corner of India then only it is feasible to provide E-services, from each locality representatives should be chosen on basis of merit and be given task to upgrade locality at least amount possible and whoever does it for least, the same idea should be picked for other localities also, in this way a chain will be formed and our growth will increase. It would be an honor for any individual to provide betterment to our society.
