वाराणसी – 6 मई - कार्यक्रम के अवसर पर वसंत कन्या महाविद्यालय, कमच्छा की सहायक प्रोफ़ेसर डॉ० अंशु शुक्ला सहायक प्रोफ़ेसर डॉ० सुनीता दीक्षित , NIC के जिला सूचना अधिकारी, ए० के० चौधरी, प्रसून अग्रवाल, सुनील राय, आदि लोग उपस्थित थे | इस अवसर पर SIRD न्यूज़ लेटर का विमोचन भी हुआ तथा संस्थान की तरफ से संस्थान की सदस्या डॉ० अंशु शुक्ला द्वारा डॉ० दिनेश त्यागी को मेमोंटो दिया गया | उक्त अवसर डिजिटल डिजाइनिंग की प्रदर्शनी का मुख्य अतिथि द्वारा देखा व सहारा गया.

वाराणसी – 6 मई - आई. सी. टी. आधारित संसाधन केंद्र, पिशाचमोचन, वाराणसी पर भारत सरकार के नेशनल डिजिटल लिटरेसी मिशन के अंतर्गत कामन सर्विस सेन्टर (CSC) एवं NIELET (DOEACC) द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त CCC/BCC प्रशिक्षण केंद्र के उद्घाटन अवसर पर उद्घाटनकर्ता संचार एवं सूचना प्रोद्योगिकी मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के ई-गवर्नेंस सर्विसेस इंडिया के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी (CEO) डा. दिनेश त्यागी (IAS) ने अपना विचार व्यक्त किया।

There should be a yojana for e- literacy as well as e- governance awareness for rural people of India- where 1 month govt. certified course should be there for training professionals who can travel across the country and impart knowledge about e-literacy and e-governace norms to rural people.Stimulate them to come forward and learn digital technology and adapt to changing scenario of developing India.

First of all we should make our people in village e-literate. India should roll out its own low cost desktop/laptop run by Open Source Operating system. A basic computer education should be integral part of education system. Then only we can draw the benefits of e-services.

1. the services like farming data by sms free of cost and rates of produce to farmers on a weekly basis. 2. the IVR based info on the plants the farmers grow. 3. Classrooms should have solar fitted lights and fans for operation throughout the year. and video streaming from district headquarters to all schools since rural areas have less students and teachers. so students can self learn when teacher is not there by video streaming and remote monitoring.

I have Provided free Computer education & E-Services to the poor Student and needy peoples like online Electricity Bill Payment, E-Railway Ticket Booking, Online Passport Booking, Free online fill Jobs & Competitive Exams. Actually Running NGO " Progressive Educational & Social Welfare Trust" Kapurthala for better providing E-Technologies to the Students.
