Respected sir I want to take into your recognition a big fraud played by Ticket Inspectors in trains by selling waiting seats as lots of confirmed seats lay vacant after final list due to various reasons . There should be system of upgradation of waiting list in order of waiting number even after final list prepared if any seat(s) get vacant in course , and not leaving confirmation on mercy of TT .

There are many stations where a person has to wait for so long just to buy a ticket.The aim of giving a ticket to an individual is that he pays the money for the journey. Allow people to take the tickets online, not the reservation one but allow people to pay for general tickets online. And double the number of TCs ,it will create lots of jobs as well as more people will take tickets due to the increased TCs and please make the trains reach the station ON time.

In konkan railways , there should be system which will sound "next station arrivel " before 10 minutes of resp.station

Dear Sir, Irctc.co.in jo site hai vo bahut hi slow hai. Jab bhi hum ticket book karte hai, within 20 second ticket 300-400 wait list ho jati hai. Is syatem me kuchh sudhar karna hoga. bank details aur payment process me jo time lagta hai use minimize karna hoga. Maine ticket ke liye bahut bar try kiya lekin mujhe ticket nahi mila aur paisa account se deduct ho gaya. Sir, I request you to please improve the system to make digital India. Birth allotment to the RAC or the wait listed ticket is a serious issue. most time we not getting berth. Railways to keep check on TC’s we should have digital device after completing all the checks, software should allot the remaining tickets to the RAC & WL passengers, with system of SMS people traveling on train are informed about confirming of Ticket and it will reducing corruption also transparency

provide on-line tendering procedure for submission of tender in Indian Railway for saving of time and reducing corruption also transparency in tender procedure.

एक ऐसी एप्लीकेशन बनाएँ जिसके द्वारा किसी भी स्थान से अनारक्षित टिकिट बुक कराया जा सके, और कंफर्मेशन के लिए उसी व्यक्ति के मोबाइल में मेसेज हो, जिससे पेपरलेस प्रणाली को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा, एवं समय की बचत भी होगी. मेरा एक और सुझाव है की, बुजुर्गो के लिए रेलवे में सुविधा और बढ़ाई जाएँ.. जैसे अलग से ट्रेन में कोच, आटोमेटिक सीडी , सामान लाने ले जाने में सुविधा, इत्यादि। मै आगे भी सुझाव देता रहूँगा। धन्यवाद ।।

To remove the menace of touts & ticketing problem, Railways should start booking of tickets in the similar way of Helicopter booking at Mata Vaishnodevi Shrine. Make it compulsory for the person to register at IRCTC and book his/her train tickets and entry to only those passengers who have booked by themselves. This will remove 80% of problem and the people who are poor & don't have access to computer and can take the help of self help system to be provided at Taluk Panchayat or Railway station
