It is time Indian Railways should allow private companies to run trains in line with Delhi airport metro service. To start with the AC premium trains can be given to private companies to run for a lease amount per trip. The role of the companies will be to sell ticket, provide food and other facilities, checking ticket, provide all train staffs except driver and guard, ensure cleanliness etc. Railway will provide driver, rake, signalling etc, against fees per trip. (contd.-2)

Ticketing system has to be changed and costs are increasing every year. Please consider launching booking of tatkal also from mobile. And app based booking and instruct all those who book from mobile to load the wallet before booking since going to debit card website wont help. Ticketing on board when we travel with wait listed ticket also need to be streamlined. Those with wait listed ticket should not be allowed inside the platform itself. They board train and occupy places.

Add a column or ask for height of passengers, based on that, seats should be allotted. What happens right now is, a 3 feet child sleeps on the middle berth and a 6.3 inch person like me travels on the side upper seat. It becomes very difficult to adjust. You have to solve this problems, or fix the side seats of the size same as inner compartment seats. But, do something.

no doubt this step is really good but we can't forget that a lot of people still not educated enough to understand heavy or shortcut term used in process of booking.Make it a little more easier to connect more effective
