we need to start more general trains because today so many poor people would like to travel in general class. If general train started then we reduced to crowd and so many people save from great crowd and if this work happens then you something do for poor people.

There should be one discussion group for improving overall system in railway. In this discussion group , any one can post ideas/views which doesn't fall into current running discussions.

Metro type card system for short distances. This way people moving inside Platforms can be checked. Special checking gate for long distance passengers manned by TTE's. This way TTE's are no longer are required to move into each and every train and valuable railway money is saved.

Govt. should facilitate more kiosks for booking tickets for general coaches at stations where people should be allowed to book tickets even without special cards issued by Railways. This will reduce the rush at counters and help people.

Lambe safar ki trains me ticket me route jaroor likha hona chahiye. Bade stations jese old delhi station par lambe queue k wajah se log illegal way me black me general ka ticket exorbitant prices par bechte hai. Inhe pakadna chahiye. Ticket vending machines jyada stations par lagani chahiye, aur unki timely maintainance jaroori hai. Train station par aane k karan bahut log bina ticket liye hi train me ghus jate hai. Issey railway ko nuksaan hai.

Is it possible to have a machine for scanning/swiping the ID (e.g. passport/Govt. approved ID) and a fingerprint scanner for ticketing to keep the bogus ticket buyers at a distant bay? Most of the times, genuine needy people do not get ticket due to a long waiting list (particularly, if the journey is to be made in a short notice).
